The story of Larry and his pants begins in the summer of 2010 in Flagstaff, AZ. Shortly after acquiring Larry and Nicole’s “cabin” in the woods” we discovered in the dark reaches of a closet one of the finest pairs of tartan corduroy pants we’ve ever laid eyes on, along with one size 14 moccasin and a nice Irish sweater. Think “scotch tape” plaid for the proper visual. These special cords were cuffed, naturally, and of a length and with a waistband sufficient to make most anyone feel trim.
And so a new tradition was born: if you visit us in Flag—and aren’t there to “read the meter” fix something—you must don these fancy pants, strike a pose of your choosing, and have your image recorded for larryspants.com. We may never know why Larry bestowed his highbrow trow upon us, but we thank him for giving us a gift that truly keeps on giving.

*Special Note to Fans of Larry’s Pants: We do have our priorities, so the LP Photo Gallery will resurface—with a new and improved design along with some new images—immediately after the conclusion of the 2014 World Cup.
